These pigtails didn't last longe enough to get a shot.

Look at those eyelashes!

I had to get a picture of Ems in her pigtails before she had a chance to tear them out. Today eating breakfast was a good distraction. The day before we just ended up with oatmeal in her hair.

Emsley in her carseat.
She lateley has been moving her mouth to the music pretending to lipsink when she likes a song playing.
Laughing...
Saying "cheese"
She is usually good about getting in if we have something for her like a sippy cup or snack.

After showing Emsley how to put on her velcrow shoes two times one day, Emsley surprised me the next day by doing it all by her self. She was in the living room playing while I was cleaning up in the kitchen. She usually doesn't play by herself for very long maby 2-3 minutes. This day she was good for twice as long maybe 6 minutes. She then strolled into the kitchen looking so prowd because she had put on her own shoes.

For the last few weeks Emsley has had a love for shoes. She likes trying on every pair in sight. It is amazing that she can actually walk around in shoes 10 sizes too big.
Trying on mom's shoes and walking in them!

We went and spent some time with the Harris kids. Regan is getting so big, she is crawling now. Hallie just loves to be a little mom to Emsley, and Ems loves having another girl to play with.

In this picture we are starting to pre-potty train Ems. I tried earlier this year and she would fuss at the thought of getting on the toilet. Now she likes sitting on her toilet when I take her into the bathroom with me.
This is a "new" to us chair Grandma Jo bought Ems at a garage sale near our house.

I love this sporty girlie pink and purple Reebok outfit on Emsley.

Andrew and Aurora both graduated from institute. We had to decide which to go to because different wards had them in different buildings. We had attended a lot of Aurora's choir performances, and couldn't think of anything we attended for Andrew. We attended along with Grandpa Ferrel and Amy.

I made homemade baked french fries. Emsley didn't want to try them, she just wanted to dip them in ketchup and feed mom.
